Silver contact riveting is a common mechanical connection method. It is more commonly used in metal secondary processing such as stamping. To achieve good in-die riveting, it requires extremely high machining accuracy of mold parts. Oil cutting, PG, JG, etc. are required. Precise processing equipment; at the same time, the vibrating plate and the mold are required to be automatically riveted; and the gap and step difference between the riveted silver contacts and shrapnel are very high, and the electronic conductive contacts and the reed are generally connected by spin riveting. Traditional spin riveting is usually completed by the operator on the spin riveting machine after manual assembly. The product is first formed by the mold, and then the silver contact riveting is performed manually on the outside of the mold. The process is complicated, the labor cost is high, and the work efficiency is low.


In order to achieve the above objective, the present invention provides the following technical solutions: an automatic riveting device for in-die silver contacts, comprising a bottom mold body, positioning holes are arranged around the bottom mold body, a cylinder assembly is connected to one side of the bottom mold body, and the bottom mold The body is provided with a first mold, a second mold, a third mold, and a fourth mold. The first mold, the second mold, the third mold and the fourth mold are all provided with mold components, and the silver touches are evenly distributed in the mold components point.


An automatic feeding mechanism for in-mold riveting, which is characterized in that it includes a punching upper die (I), a punching lower die (2), a vibrating plate (3), a supporting plate (4), a vibrating plate driving device, and a rivet baffle (5), a positioning pin (6) and a positioning pin driving device, the upper punching die can be longitudinally reciprocated and positioned directly above the lower copper or copper metal punching die, the positioning pin can be vertically raised and lowered and inserted into the lower metal punching tooling, and the positioning pin driving device drives The positioning pin moves vertically up and down, the pallet is fixed and positioned on the outside of the lower punching die, the vibrating plate can be slid and positioned on the pallet toward the inner direction of the upper and lower punching die, and the rivet at the end of the discharge channel of the vibrating plate can be coaxial with the positioning pin Oppositely, the rivet baffle is positioned and installed at the end of the discharge channel of the vibrating disc. The rivet baffle can provide a set resistance to the rivet at the end of the discharge channel of the vibrating disc, and the vibrating disc drive device drives the vibrating disc to move.
