Copper Busbar Electrical Appearance:
1-The overall appearance no white, heterochromatic, dirty, yellow;
2-Exposed copper, coating blister, hard point, tangible scratch is unacceptable;
3-Flanging deformation caused by collision is unacceptable;
4-Strip, plane imprint, depression can not receive.
5-The vertical burr greater than 0.15mm cannot be received.
Copper Busbar Coating inspection:
1-Inspect with thickness gauge;
2-Directly measure: determine a reference point, measure the thickness of the point before and after plating;
3-Bonding strength test:use 3M glue to test does not fall off, do not bubble, do not peel.
Rivet Nut of Copper Busbar:
1-Usually, adopt USA PEM stainless steel riveting nut;
2-In order to avoid coating shedding, riveting nut is required after electroplating;
3-The thread shall be inspected by the go-no go gauge before delivery;
