Q11: HOW CAN I GET QUOTATION FROM YOU ?

A11: After you sending us product drawing(including material),we can give you the quotation within one working day.In order to quote you ASAP,we need the following information:

(1)Detailed drawings(Format:CAD/PDF/DWG/STEP/IGES)

(2)Material

(3)Annual quantity

(4)Surface treatment

(5)Any special packaging or other requirement                   

Q12: CAN WE GET SAMPLES TO TEST FIRST BEFORE WE BUY IT IN BULK ?

(1)We can supply 5-10pcs free samples if you just need our similar size samples which low value for checking out the quality of our similar products,but freight on collect; 

(2)You need to pay the tooling/molding cost first if need your OEM samples,but we will refund the tooling/molding cost as soon as the total orders quality reaches our required MOQ of refunding.

Q12: WHAT'S YOUR DELIVERY TIME OF SAMPLES ?

(1)If our similar size,then lead time 1-2 working days;

(2)If need your OEM products,about 5-15 working days for samples,15-20 days for mass production.

Q13: WHAT'S YOUR MOQ ?

A13: All depends on your products,usually normal size is 10,000pcs/item.

Q14: DO YOU TEST ALL PRODUCTS BEFORE DELIVERY ? 

A14: Yes, we have 100% testing before delivery.

(1)Usually for products that are not easily deformed,Inner food grade plastic and box,Outer cartons and pallets;

(1) If you have forwarder in China,we can send you the goods by your forwarder.

(2)If you have no forwarder in China,we arrange the delivery directly from factory by international express,by air and by sea,it's up to you.

A17: Normally Xiamen Port (southeast of China).

PART 3RD: ABOUT BUSINESS TERMS

Q18: WHAT IS YOUR TERMS OF PAYMENT ?

(1)Usually we accept T/T through bank, L/C at sight ,Your current Chinese suppliers pay us in cash;

(2)For regular order ,we prefer 30% in advance ,70% against the copy of B/L. 

Q19: WHAT ARE YOUR ACCEPTED CURRENCIES ?

A19: USD,EUR,CNY(RMB).

Q20: WHAT'S YOUR PAYMENT TERM FOR TOOLING/MOLDING FEE ?

A20: For your OEN samples need to pay 50% deposit for tooling against of your releasing orders,and balance as soon as the samples past your testing.But we will refund the tooling/moulding cost as soon as your orders quality reaches our Min-Total-Orders for corresponding modle.

Q21: HOW TO COMPLAIN IF QUALITY PROBLEM HAPPEN ?

A21: You can return the NG products, or exchanging/replenishment new good quality products,or deduction compensation from the next order's amount.

Q22: HOW TO HANDLE COMPLAINTS IF BIG PROBLEM AND WITHOUT ANY FEEDBACK FROM OUR SIDE ?
